Case for pressed powder bronzer has broken. The last 3 cases I have bought have broken.

I have used this product for some time, but it is too expensive for the hinged part to keep breaking after a short period. I need some resolution.

Associates passed me on to another phone #. I am disappointed in Clinique's response. Associates was no help.

replacement of product missing from package, this is the resolution for my problem the replacement is on the way.

HELLO,problem is that I dint get my parcel ,I find my parcel downstairs already someone open and stolen 2 creams. I will put very bid review message to people to to order directly from clinic,cos items not delivered to door of client.

Soo people will order from Amazon not directly clinic. If I dont get refund or 2 creams that been stolen I will have to put honest review to prevent people .thanks.

Call was handled well and professionally but I did have a hard time understanding the rep. Other than that she did a great job.

I have purchased two lip liners that I am traveling with when I went to use them. They broke in half I am traveling and cannot return them.

I paid $26 for each one. I would like new one sent to me or I would like to get a refund.

I ordered my usual All about eyes cream and enclosed was also a sachet of smart clinical repair cream, for wrinkle correction.

There was no warning that this was not advised for use near the eyes considering it came with an eye cream . I used it on the potential wrinkle area around my eyes and it stung my eyes so badly, I had to use some medical eyes drops.

I feel under the circumstance, it was negligent not to have a warning on the sachet!

I purchased a lipstick chubby stick pencil some time ago, but find I now need to sharpen it and can't figure out where to get the sharpener (large). Can you please help me? I paid nearly $40.00 for this, so it should be available or someone should be able to find it. Please let me know where I can get one.

I wrnt to Farmers today to buy a moisturizer and asked if there was a gift with purchase coming up the girl said there was so i asked for a sample to try the moisturizer so i would know if it was the correct one i always buy clinque but thought i would tey something dufferent the sample i received was no bigger than a fingertip so i will not be able to tell if its suitable i told her this. I think this is very mean spirited and an insult to give someone such a tiny sample.

If yoy want to sell bew products then samples shoukd be provided i have normal to sensitive skin and all i wanted to do was try before i buy. Regards Louise

Hello, for over 20 years I have used mens gel bronzer. Its the best product!

I recently discovered its been discontinued Im so upset. I have tried to find an slternative, so far none. All are just makeup. This product was light, get and it gave you the best natural colour and wasnt self tanner.

Is there anyway I could get some? Im 60 years old and I cant find a substitute.

My daughter received these as one of her Christmas gifts and is on vacation right now and feeling st texted me that none of them will twist/roll up.i have always bought Clinique and have never had this problem..is any other customers encountering this same issue? I would like replacements if possible.
